We’d like to draw your attention to two grants that you may be eligible for.
The Department for International Trade (DIT) launched in 2005 a 5-year programme named "Exporting is great". Within this frame, the DIT offers opportunities to help you cover your expenses while attending trade shows overseas, or to fund services required to push your business forward:
► Tradeshow Access Program (TAP)
This program provides exporting SMEs with grants to cover the costs of participating to selected trade shows, providing you with the exposure needed to gain new clients on exciting markets. The grant covers the business’s own expenditure on direct exhibiting costs: exhibition space costs and stand costs including design, construction and stand dressing.

► Exporting for Growth ( ⚠ Yorkshire & The Humber only!)
If you are keen to get involved in international trade and would like to turn your idea into an international business, then this is the grant for you. This grant will cover costs incurred for accessing new markets such as participating in trade shows (including flight and accommodation), developing marketing material (translation, design) or international consultancy service (market search...).
